An efficient and streamlined process

From start to end, our extensive process in matching candidates with jobs include hands-on work on the part of the GSR team with the candidates and with the client.

1 Job Order Analysis

The principle sends across a job order, which is followed up on and analysed by GSR to understand business environments, company culture, compensation and other issues.

2 SLBFE Approval

GSR obtains the approval of the SLBFE for the particular job order, ensuring that all ensuing processes are legal and above board

3 Advertising

We utilize our extensive network of newspaper and TV channels, as well as social media to advertise the specific job to possible recruits, featuring the job description.

4 Search Process
  1. Sourcing Candidates

    We analyse each candidate's CVs and resumes to compile a shortlist of hopefuls, based on the job description, the principle's stipulations and our quality checks, including the checking of references.

  2. Interviews

    The shortlisted candidates are put through a round of preliminary interviews with our trained professionals in order to select those who meet the highest number of requirements and prove suitable for the job at hand.

5 Job Offer

The client provides the job offer after analyzing finalized candidates and GSR, along with the selected candidate, compiles required paperwork for foreign employment.

6 Pre-departure Formalities

The GSR team directs the candidate to carry out pre departure medical tests, VFS tests, Visa stamping and certificate attestation.

7 Final Checks and Approvals

The GSR team completes registration with the SLBFE and the candidates are sent through a final round of approval.

8 Departure

GSR directs candidates with the purchase or receipt of air tickets and overseas the departure of the candidate. The candidate's arrival is notified to GSR by the foreign principal.
